We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a lovely, well-established 3-bed EBD children’s home in Ashford.

This is a settled, well-supported home with a strong staff team already in place, making it an excellent opportunity for an established RM or a confident Deputy Manager ready to step up.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will:

• Hold full operational responsibility for the home
• Lead, inspire, and develop the staff team
• Ensure safeguarding and regulatory compliance at all times
• Maintain and improve Ofsted outcomes
• Oversee care planning, risk management, and behaviour support
• Promote a positive, open, and supportive culture

About You

• Experience in children’s residential care (EBD essential)
• Registered Manager experience OR Deputy Manager ready to step up
• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and inspections
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willing to complete)
• Confident managing challenging behaviours
• Organised, resilient, and child-focused in your leadership style
